CROATEL was formed from previous members of Satellite group in HT (Croatian Telekom), as the first licensed satellite service provider company in Croatia. CROATEL offers services for the professional satellite communication on the turn-key basis.

CROATEL got the official license from the Ministry of maritime affairs, transport and telecommunications in 1995  and since then has been working on the projects of the radio communication network in order to obtain the final approval license for the Croatian end user customer.
